This game is if not one of the most overrated games in the series, and in history of games for the PS2. You frequently cant do anything, accept for walking around town and shooting someones head off. I mean what is the use for making a game, that the guy don't even talk and you could only drive cars around the city. You cant fly an airplane, helicopter, or stuff like that. I think this game had pretty acceptable graphics when it came out in 2001. I actually liked this game when it first came out, because there was nothing like this ever made on the PS2 like this game. What I am trying to say that if you are gonna buy this game now, it is a big big rip off. Unless you could get the game for $3 to 5$, if it is more than that, than don't even bother. Because the price of this game, I think should be at least around 2 to 5 bucks, there are no features what so ever, the game is just flat out boring.
