Grand Theft Auto 3 is the undisputedly best game of its time

Grand Theft Auto 3 is the 2nd generation console debut for the Grand Theft Auto series and until it came out Grand Theft Auto wasnt even half as popular.The new 3D graphics and the normal camera view is a huge improvement ove the poor 2D birds eye view from GTA 1 and GTA 2.Though the first 2 GTA games were'nt as popular or as good as the new GTA games they had some pretty cool features like blowing up stuff with tanks and guns and now with the 3D graphics and better camera view its a hole lot more fun. Grand Theft Auto 3 is a mission based game with a free roaming environment where you can do things such as steal cars,blow stuff up with a tank or bazooka,shoot people,do awsome stunts like high jumps with your car,find hidden packages that can have money, or guns in them and you can activate a mission in which you are told to do something and you are forced to do it and the reward is cold hard cash. There are more than one island (I think 3) in the city each with there own unique set of cars,buildings and missions and of coarse jumps from building to biulding,of ramps and over cars! While driving in a car there are about 8 different radio stations each with unique music,programs and humor though none of them are really that great and they only perfected that in San Adreas. The graphics are alright but they do need some work,the gameplay is nearly perfect and the only thing i can think of that would of made the game alot better is if you could customise your ride like in Need For Speed Underground/2 but its not that big of a flaw. Overall GTA 3 isnt perfect but it is extremely entertaining and fun and will last a good 4 months if youre a fan of the series.
