Changed the face of gaming as we know it.

When Rockstar released GTA3, we didn't know it at the time, but it would eventually change the face of gaming as we know it. GTA3 is the first game were you truly have total freedom, you can go anywhere, do anything, the possibilities are endless. I spent countless hours playing this game and I enjoyed every second of it. The Graphics in this game are probably the best graphics for it's time. Although there are a couple hiccups, including the occasional pop-up issue, it hardly the affects the game. The sound is probably one of the many strong points, including dialogue and the sound of the city. The voice acting is also very good. The soundtrack also adds more feel to the game. With many different radio stations including Rap, Pop, Rock, Talk Radio, etc. it makes the game more realistic. The AI is good, but there is one flaw, the police only come after you. Even if there is someone attacking you, the police won't attack him. If you attack the guy who punches you, the officer will go after you. The Controls in this game are probably the closest thing to perfect. Since there is som much to do like drive taxis, do paramedic and police missions, collect hidden packages, side missions, etc. It adds to the gamplay value alot. The Main quest is considerably of average length, it takes about 10 hours to beat the main story if you don't do any side exploring. With all the things GTA3 has to offer, you'll be playing this game over and over again. If you have a PS2, then this game is a must havr
