Just as fun as it always was, just not enough content.

I really liked this expansion. The story added on to the game with Johnny is a lot of fun, and the missions are just about right as far as how hard they are if you have played the main game enough. The new weapons and the added bikes are a lot of fun to use, the race bikes are awesome, and the assault shotgun is amazing. The only real gripes I have are that there aren't really enough missions, I felt kinda like " thats it?" afterward. Especially for $20, this seems like a 1200 point or even a 800 expansion. Another thing that sucks is that you can't use the new items with Niko, you can only use them with Johnny, which is fine, but I didn't have nearly as much money with him as I do Niko. The story mode overlaps with some of Niko's story, and you'll recognize some parts of the game from before.
Overall, the game looks the same, maybe a bit grittier/dirtier looking, but basically the same. The controls are still good, and the online is still fun. They added a Instant Play option in your phone. which is a nice touch. The new modes are fun, but not awesome, so it's just kinda there. The choice boils down to this: if you liked GTA4's story and wanted another reason to do missions and have some new challenges, I would recommend this game. The points are steep, and the content isn't as huge as you might like, but you'll have fun.
*Note- I didn't do a full review since I've already reviewed GTA4. If you want deeper analysis go read that review, much of it applies to this game.
