So let's start off with Gameplay:
The style is hardly changed from GTA IV. Though one thing I disliked in GTA IV was that all the missions felt the same and they ironed this out! Fantastic! Also, different people have different style of missions and one character has very "San Andreas" style of missions with helicopters and blowing stuff up – it's fantastic. I can't express this much more. GTA IV was not as good as they made it out to be, and it's like they listened to the fans. After the main story line there is a drug wars thing you can do and a fight club which are fun to take part in and the drug wars thing goes on for an eternity – but they're still all different in there own little way and are still fun.
Gameplay: 27/30

Sound:
The sound never gets dry. Voice acting is very top notch and not to mention, there is a radio with chunks of death metal on. That is perfect. Not to mention the dialogue and voice acting can be rather funny at times. Alongside this there is a variety of detailed of explosions, car skids and other action sound effects.
Sound: 17/20

Replay value:
This is the point where I was most impressed. GTA IV – once you've beaten it then it's not got much left to it. Here, there is mission replay, percentages, and parachuting and drug missions. Parachuting is no doubt the best and it's so fun to do. Ever wanted to dive from the highest point in liberty city without dying? Well now you can.
Replay Value: 19/20

Online:
I was finding the online to be a bit less reliable than GTA IV's actual server. Why this is? I have no clue. Still though. Joining a match is easy and usually free of lag.
25/30

Sorry for another short review, I don't have the time today.
27 + 17 + 19 + 25 = 88
Round that of to 9/10
