Rockstar stays true to its talent, crafting an immersive, yet slightly overrated, experience.

Rampaging the City Gets Old

I played this game some time ago, and it's sort of hard to recount everything that happened within GTAIV's run, because I have since traded it in to Gamestop. Rockstar has done a lot better in their past, mainly looking at Bully and Red Dead Redemption (I played GTAIV after I played RDR), and found myself a little disappointed as to how GTAIV compared to those titles. Even L.A. Noire stacked up better than this title, and I was shocked to see the game getting such high scores. The effort is definitely in this title, whether it's the radio stations you listen to or the size of Liberty City, Rockstar has once again done their best to craft a title. The problem is, I feel as though things could have been just a little more fun in the universe. Nevertheless, if you like the series, you're going to definately enjoy this game. I just didn't realize this sort of open sandbox game wasn't my kind of game.
