Perfect...almost
1. Extraordinary graphics
2. Great motion capture, cutscenes, and animation; looks just like a crime flick in real life.
3. Combat improved greatly; a brand new cover system and an improved melee combat system.
4. Great story; has all the drama of a TV crime series and the comedy of a MadTV sketch.
5. Awesome multiplayer; 15 game modes including co-op and competetive scenarios lets you go wild with 7 other people across the city.
6. Memorable characters; Nikko bellic will make friends and enemies with a jamaican drug dealer, a family of irish robbers, Russian mobsters, even the F.I.B. (GTA's FBI lol)
But, like I said, this game ALMOST perfect, for it still lacks some things from the previous games in the serious such as the RPG 'skills' from San Andreas, the endless list of cheat codes, awesome stunts, parachuting down from the edge of space, slaying all the policemen at the local policestation with a purple 'tube' and lots more that make GTA the wacky but violent game it was.
