This goes out to all of you who criticize, patronize, jeopardize, and all that rhyming stuff. I think this game did a fantastic job of converting the series to a portable version of greatness. There is almost everything one could want from the console versions in here. The graphics are smooth, although they do cause some malicious load times here and there. The vehicle load times are somewhat a bit snaggy, and are occasionally buggy upon entering the vehicle, only to find there is no acceleration sound. Other than those bugs, I think Rockstar Inc. did a great job on the engine, the graphics, the multi-player, and to my knowledge, the missions (although, I haven't played a single one yet). The game is so addicting that I just can't seem to put it down. I am in college, and it makes all of those pesky two hour breaks between classes, seem like 5 minutes. The game is just that fun. Now, people will of course love it, hate it, be in between, bash it, smash it, hug it, kiss it, or whatever they do with these things. The truth is, this is the best game on the PSP or as we say, killer app on the PSP to date. SOCOM upon release will be a sure fire winner, and thus, I think we have some pretty strong titles among ourselves. Now all of you questioning whether it was a smart or stupid move to buy a PSP, The DS may be better now, but games are becoming promising for the PSP, the DS's games may be fun, but how many DS games do you see out there that let you roam in a full-scale, three island map, and contain it all in your pocket? None to many, that's how many DS games let you do that. I am not partial, I promise, because I used to own a DS until I sold it to of course, acquire a PSP. The PSP has astonished me more than my DS ever could've done. There is not a single thing more I could've asked for. A web browser, movies, Music, games, Wi-Fi multiplayer, all of it. It's just so awesome, and then when you get games like Liberty City Stories, it's just awe inspiring. The DS will have online play, but it will not meet up to the standards of the PSP's. Heck, Nintendo can't even do it right with there console, who's to say they can do it now? I am skeptical, that's for sure. Nintendo is very odd, and stupid for assessing that gamers don't want online play. What in god's effing name do you think you're saying? I didn't think I would ever hear those words. Gamers not wanting online play? Not likely. X-box live alone has 2 million subscribers. That to me=gamers want online play. Aside from that, I will not be irrelivant. Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is by far, Sony's and Rockstar's best offer on the PSP, and it is one hell of a reason to buy one.
