If u already own gta3 and have played it too death like me this is still a game worth getting, the only thing that's realy the same between gta3 and gtalcs is the map, the story and most vehicles are all different. but the best thing is the multiplayer, it has the best multiplayer i have ever played in a psp game and thats saying somthing, it has most of the normal modes like capture the flag but instead og being a flag u hav to steal a car and bring it back to ur base. and this is all played in the whole of liberty city so it's a huge map, if ur not getting this game because u don't like the sound of the story mode GET IT FOR THE MULIPLAYER!!!!!!!!!! =) SOOO MUCH FUN
