I have played the past GTA's on PC. I recently got a PSP as an early Christmas present and LIberty City Stories is the first game I've played on this platform. Being used to the PC controls and interface, it took awhile to get accustomed to the smaller controls and display. But now that I've acclimated myself, I'm thoroughly enjoying the game. I can't say that Liberty City Stories brings anything new to the series, but it's nice having the comfortable world of GTA available on the go. It's also nice having new storyline content to play in the GTA universe. I"ve always wished that Rockstar would release expansions to their GTA games that would add new stories to the endless GTA world.
My complaint with the game mainly deals with my affection for PC gaming versus a bit of console gaming phobia. I'm so married to the keyboard/mouse accuracy of PC shooters, that I tend to get really frustrated with the console application of shooting. I beleive this is something I"ll get over as I play the PSP version more.
I highly recommend this game and can't wait to move onto Vice City Stories.
