Brings Back Memories

User Rating: 8.2 | Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (Greatest Hits) PSP
I'm kinda late for a review cuz tomorow i'll give it away so i was bored and though hey... gamespot has something interesting... i'll write a small review.

Graphics:
It impresses me how the effect of the pc version of GTA 3 has been mentained. The textures are smaller but this doesn't really affect the way stuff looks and all. The water looks kinda fake but that's no worry reason because you won't be spending too much time in the water.

Gameplay:
Verry dissapointing but yet verry nice.... There are many things that suck, for example the helicpoter, you know you can fly it but you can't get one, unless you use cheat device or some walkthrough.
Many people said missions are not FUN... yeah, you don't get bored but... they need to be more fun, only killing and stuff makes it look like it the same thing every mission.
"Brings Back Memories": When you play this game you say... "hey, i remember this part of the map... i used to play GTA 3 a few years ago..". They tried to improve this a bit. Remember GTA 3 had a verry dark map.. new york really looks scarry but Liberty City Stories tryed to make it brighter like vice city.
Once you've finished the game there still are people who come and start fighting, that really annoyes me. They should make the purpose of finishing the game to be accepted by all the gangs.

Controls:
Verry nice use of the PSP buttons, it takes a few minutes to learn all the keys.

Cheats:
C`mon people... how can you take out the "cars can fly" cheat... i mean that was the best in all 3D GTA series.
Chrme plated cars is nice but it looks 100 times better on the PS2

Vehicles:
It's nice that the cars remained the same, only minor modifs.
Motorcicles are verry good cuz they are fast and can get in small places.
At least kuruma is still in the game... if you noticed Kuruma is the japanese for CAR :)), interesting, no?

Soundtrack:
The opening is the best i have ever heard... Mafia style goes perfect with the game.

Multiplayer:
Haven't played yet but Game Sharing and Infrastructure mode would be nice.
