Portable gta, its been attempted with nintendo, but i think it was meant for sony all along...
Gameplay: The physics are ausome both on foot and behind the wheel of a car. On foot when you get into small spaces, sometimes the camera can be a little jumpy, but it doesnt effect you much. The jumping style is the same as gta 3 and vice city, but one thing i would've like to have seen is the ability to climb things (ie: fences) Other than that, the motorcycle steering can get a tad frustrating in a race, but its all part of the challenge of winning.
Graphics: Since we have seen gta on the ps2, the graphics of this game are a little worse. Its understandable because its on a portable system, but once you play the game for the first five minutes the graphics dont bother you at all. Overall i say the graphics are amazing for a portable system, and arent much worse than the ps2 versions. Like i said before, you just don't notice it.
Sound: Like the previous games in the series, there are a few tracks that you may recognize and love, and most of them are pretty catchy. I personally prefer the Liberty City Jam over the other radio stations, but with the option of having your own personal station (based on the music already on the memory card) the possibilities are endless. If you have a big memory card and lots of tunes to listen to, you can make your own station and crash into things while jamming to your favorites. I think this is a damn good feature. Lets see the people at ESRB try to censor what i listen to while mowing down hookers and construction workers. :D
Value: This game has tons to offer. Even after beating all the missions, there are plenty of side missions to keep you busy. The hidden packages are great, and they offer a hefty reward to the finders of them. I myself am still loving the free rocket launcher that i have re-spawning in my garage.
Tilt: Overall i must say that this game is great in almost every way. I don't have much to criticize about. Even when the game is beat, there are still things to do, and if you already have one hundred percent, nothing says that running over people isn't fun.
In conclusion, if you have a psp, i highly recommend this game. I don't have much else to say other than what has already been said.
