GTA LCS starts off in Liberty City that you played in on the 3rd GTA game. A lot of fans will remember a lot of the places and some of the secrets there so it has a classic feel to it, that I like. On to the story you play as Tony Cipriani and this story pretty much shows how he became a made man and got started in the mafia. If you have played the 3rd one you will remember him as one of the people that you do missions for. It is a little complicated at some points and you meet people from the 3rd one and some new ones. GOOD THINGS: the game play is just as any other GTA game, you can run around in a wide open city, steal cars, kill people, so on and so on. There are tons of bonus missions and secrets for you to discover. A good variety of weapons and vechicles in the game. the story missions are fun, fits into the GTA feel. BAD THINGS: the camera, will slow down if there are a lot of people on screen or a lot going on at one time. doesnt matter if it is a port from the psp version would have been better if they would have fixed some of the graphics. might take a little bit to get you use to the controls, since it is a port. also some other small flaws in the game. but it will be covered by the price. OVERALL: if you played any of the main GTA games in the place and you have 20 bucks to spend you might enjoy this game, would be even better to borrow it from a friend. because to tell you the truth, you get what you pay for. so for 20 bucks , not bad.
