I have been a fan of the series since GTA 3 came out 3 years ago on the PS2. Vice city came and it became the best selling game of all time. Now it is time for the new instalment to the series: GTA san andreas. The new thing with san Andres is that you are not in one single city anymore…you’re in a gigantic state, with 3 cities a desert a mountains forests the country…I have played this game for hours and hours and more countless hours, and I still can get lost without a map. The great thing with san andreas is the game’s value and the music. The radio stations are as always great and it’s always a pleasure to listen to a lil’tune after having killed a few people! It’s difficult to be a gangsta these days ya know… A thing that impressed me a lot was how the action/driving game was actually now turned into an action/driving/sports/rpg/fps game. It’s simply in one word “everything”. But is it everything you want it to be? No it isn’t. First thing: The graphics are getting old. I can’t wait for a PS3 game where they will finally do some big changes or just change their graphic engine. The other problem concerns cameras…I had a few issues with them. But nothing major! Conclusion: GTA SA is one of the best games ever made…if it had the great graphics it deserves. For the 10/10 game you’d expect, wait for PS3. But for now this game is great. And if you don’t have it yet, go buy it. Best PS2 game of the year!
