I've enjoyed the GTA series, but this one just doesn't do it for me. I can put it down and walk away from it for months and not care. The graphics haven't improved from Vice City, and it seems like the same thing over and over with only minor tweeks. The good on the game is the "customization" to the lead character C.J, you can dress him in what you want, build him up like Arnold or fat like John Goodman, tat him up like TuPac or bling him out like...TuPac...and you can work on sex appeal, reputation...kinda like a SIM, that's the only fun part of the game. The bad, everything else, to the lame dj's, vice had way better I would drive around for hours just listening to the radio, the bland streets...b!tch wasn't I just on this block, to the terrible voice overs. It doesn't even match the "captions". Go on a "successful" date and see what I mean. When you get a sequel you just expect better...not the same. I played Vice City a couple of times, I have yet to finish SA and I've had it since it was released. When I did play the game again it had been a year to the date, how awesome is that, I'll tell you, way more awesome then this lack luster GTA.
