Strong GOTY contender and one of the most perfected games on the market for the ps2

User Rating: 9.7 | Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas PS2
The day that it was launched over here in the UK i stayed off school just to play it. I can tell you that i played it for about 15 hours non stop the only reason i stopped was to go to school. My first impressions of this game was great and that is what counts, the graphics were top notch and the AI between the gang member and other people on the street was good , the missions were interesting and the cars and size of towns was also something that had been diffrent from the other GTA's.

The Graphics
I think that the graphics on GTA:SA were the best out of the three because the character looked beter less sharper edges etc. and the trees and beaches etc. looked more improved.
The Gameplay
The gameplay stunned me i was jaw dropped it was amazing, the most perfect game out on the ps2 is what i thought of it and i still do.In this game there is more interaction between other people and gang members than in the other GTA games. The cool new thing is that you can take ur gang member into a car with you and go invade a rival neighbourhood that also is first in the GTA series. The customising your car thing in the game was really awesome too.
The Music
The music soundtrack is really great it really was all the good music from the 90's and all the good classics. It was really enjoyable just riding in a lowrider and listening to some ice cube. It was good music for the theme of the game.
Value For Money
I think this game is very good value for money because this is a game that you can play for a long time and even once you have finished its tempting to start again. It took me near enough a week to complete it because of school and other things, and once i did i just felt like starting again trying to find all the hidden packages and etc.
Overall i really enjoyed the game and hope the next GTA in the series is just as good or even better. I think all the game needs to make it better is a wider selection of weapons.
