Wow, this is entertaining stuff.
1. Even better voice acting, like Samuel L. Jackson, Ice-T, David Cross, and Peter Fonda, James Woods...
2.Bigger Environment. The state of S.A. is incredibly huge and fun to explore, resembling real cities, like there are three major cities, Las Venturas, Los Santos, and San Fierro(originally featured in GTA1). There is a desert landscape, backcountry, cities, cropfields, a cool mountain called Mount Chiliad, and small towns sprinkled around.
3. Gameplay. Even though it wasn't that good, the two player was fun to play once or twice. You can swim. You can bike. You can parachute. Awesome. The story is like 50 hours!
4. Cool RPG elements. Stats were added for a good cause to determine if CJ is a fatty, skinny, buff, weak, or whatever. They're cool. Yep. It's even got some gang territory management goin on here. SWEET! The graphics haven't improved at all, and are only fair in technical terms, but artistically, its beautiful. I didn't expect the graphics to be amazing if RockStar designed an entire state! The missions have tons of variety, like stealth (a mission where you have to sneak into a celebrity rapper's mansion and steal his rhyme book), shooting, driving, etc. Everything you'd expect from GTA.There are some quirky DJs on the radio, but there aren't enough songs to keep you listening for awhile. Another con is that the framerae tends to get choppy in areas of a lot of people, or in fog.

-Not enough songs, it tends to become repetitive.
-Framerate slows down sometimes.
