Same Grand Theft Auto concept different Grand Theft Auto style.
In this version of GTA, you play the character of Cj, who comes back to San Andreas and reunities his family and "hood" to gain back his territory. Concept is the same as GTA 3 or GTA Vice City, except you can take over territories change how your chacter looks, (without a cheat code), and date other girls. (basically become a PIMP).
You work your way up from having no street creed to having a ton of it. you reunite your family start gaining back your territory just to be betrayed and lose it all. eventually you come back to your town and take control of your gang again taking over other gangs/territories.
