Not only the best in the series, but a strong contender for greatest game of all time!

GTA: SA is a perfect game in every aspect. The size of the map and the quality of the graphics, for PS2 hardware is amazing. As usual, the voice acting is among the best in the business (trailing probably only Metal Gear) and the soundtrack is terrific. But what makes this more special is that this is one of the few games that actually goes way above and beyond and destroy the hype. The game is long, there a are a lot of different missions, and you can even do cool new things like changing outfits, working out, or exercising, to keep your character from getting too far out of (or in to) shape.

Plus, any game that features Samuel L. Jackson as a crazy crooked police officer, Tenpenny, is already great!
