If you've played Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City, San Andreas, or Liberty City Stories.... you should be able to get through this game no problem... The last couple of missions are really tough but nothing a couple re-tries don't solve... Out of the series this one had one of the toughest boss-battles(the flame thrower fight)... The graphics were good for a PSP game... not too much to complain about... I loved the soundtrack and this is a must-have if you're into GTA games... one of the best PSP games... the only PSP game I own that I still play after I completed it.
