Gameplay: I haven't spent much time playing, about 8-10 hours now. I love the openness of the game being able to do a lot. Fighting the enemies is sort of easy but its fun. I like how civilians talk on the street, arguing or whatever and there are car accidents. I've never played a GTA game before this so maybe if you played the others it wouldn't be as good but I love vice city stories. Driving is fun but takes a little while to get used to, I always crash into stuff. I haven't done any of the empire missions yet so I can't say anything about that. Graphics: The graphics seem cartoon like or comic book like, but surprisingly I like them. There are a few graphical bugs so, but besides that they are good. Not much else to say.
Sound/Music: I love the radio while your driving, but could use a few more radio stations. Some of what the radio says can be quite funny too. Not much else to say.
Overall: I say if you have a PSP there is no reason not to get this. It is fun and I love it. It is definitely worth getting.
