See you in Vice City.......
They gave us another chance to revisit Vice City 2 years before we got to see the story of Tommy Vercetti play out. In 1984 we take a look at the life of Victor Vance, a man who believes in "family comes first" early in the game and ends up getting annoyed with his family through out the game.
Rockstar gave us some new features this time around. The Empire Building is one of my favorites, it's much like taking over territory of rival gangs in GTA : San Andreas. You have 6 business ventures to choose from to make your empire (3 when you first get the chance to make your businesses, and 3 after you attack pre-existsing business with those ventures) The thing is, after you attack a business and purchase it.... The gang that you just attacked will start attacking your businesses. So in a way it's sort of like playing tag with rival gangs with fully automatic weapons. There are many things to keep yourself occupied in VCS.
One very big improvement is the AI. Your gang members and people riding along with you on a mission actually know how to shot and hit the target.
The police seem to be a lot more agressive than the previous incarnations of GTA. 1 or 2 stars it's ok, 3 stars and beyond they want your blood.
It's better to AVOID FBI barricades, I wont say why.... But I will say be careful!
The missions are very fun, and some of them (if your not using cheat codes) require a lot of patients, a lot of skill, and a lot of luck.
If you own a PSP, you need this game!
This game is definitely worth buying before it ever hits the bargain bin.
