Drive around in this game for 5 min. It is easy to see how different the map is compared to Vice City of the past. First off, you find out that you can now swim!! A very nice feature. As well as buying proporties and having a chance to change the actual landscape of the game. I love that. As in titles in the past, there are a good number of mini games to run through. Another thing I have noticed is about the cars. There seems to be far more control in the handling. Instead of hidden packages, there are red ballons you must shoot. These are just a few changes to the way to game plays. Hopefully, the next step is online gameplay.
