Rockstar you rock for bringing Vice City back for yet another great game. The year is 1984 and you are Vic Vance brother of Lance Vance. Nice touch adding the red balloon's instead of package's. And YES flight returns. Gotta love it! The game element's from GTA:SA are a nice addition to V.C (swimming and gang wars). Some familiar face's return as well Lance Vance,Ricardo Diaz,Phil Cassady,and Umberto Ribina as well as a few others. The soundtrack is another classic list of 80's music with returning DJ's Lazlo(V Rock),Marice Chavez(VCPR),and Fernando Martinez(Emotions 98). Overall this game is worth picking up for your PS2 arsenal as well as your PSP.
