Welcome back to Vice City.
From there on you will continue to do job's for hicks, low life cops, and your brother Lance "Lance Vance from VC"
It's cool to see old friends from Vice City like: Phil Cassidy, Umberto Robina, and some enemies such as Ricardo Diaz.
Aside from mission's you can take over a lot's scattered around Vice City and start a small, medium or high roller "Business". In this lot you can start a business of Loan Shark, Prostitution and others. Once you get enough respect for your business you get a "Pay Day" where you automatically get paid. Unlike Vice City where you had to stop at each one of your business's to collect your asset money. The radio is okay with some catchy tunes like: I like it like that, Rock You Like A Hurricane, Lick It Up, Holy Diver. Basically V-Rock is the best station, not just because of the rock but for the two host's. "Couzin Ed" and Lazlow. It's so funny to hear Ed just make fun of Lazlow every song break. But we all now Lazlow takes over as the V-Rock DJ later on. It's still fun to just drive around Vice City looking at the city. It's also interesting to see the city a few years early of Vice City.
The "Ice Cream" factory hasn't opened yet. Phil Hasn't moved to "Phil's Place" by the garbage dump. And Sunshine Autos is just opening in a month.
It might have been cool to leave in the multi-player for some two player split-screen fun, but you don't play Grand Theft Auto for multi-player. Overall Vice City Stories is a sweet deal and is well worth it for 20 bucks.
