Grand Theft Auto Vice City is a great piece of work, but it is over rated. Sure GTA 3 brought us a great new asset to video games inspiring many great games to follow in the futrue I would imagine. But GTA Vice City is not a great game, GTA3 was. Don't get me wrong I love Vice City, but it is exactly in almost every aspect the same thing as GTA3 but with better roaming capabilities. One thing I do not like about it, is Tommy Vercetti is some Drug Lord rich man who can easily kill cops and get away with it. He is a true badass, but he can't even swim. Something good about it is you can now fly in the game and good around on motor cycles. But the graphics, while being ok, still lack in visual aspects. The people walking down the streets are like robots and make no sence at all half the time. Sure they have some funny comments but it's still not good enough. If you havn't played any GTA game, get Vice City. But if you have already played GTA3, then don't bother with it.
