When this game came out it was the next step for the sand box style games. Grand Theft Auto Vice City brought a better story, better charecters, better graphics and it showed sand box style games were in.
It was very innovative in the story and side missions, and the charecters had some backgrounds to them, and since this came out in 2002 they had time to work on the graphics.

But with all good games there are flaws.
This game didnt have too many flaws but the ones it had werent really bad. One of the flaws is that some missions are extremely difficult, and like GTA3 sometimes the roads go transparent.

But all in all this is one of the best games on the PS2.

And i strongly recommand buying this game, if your a beginner you should buy this so you can get use to playing innovative games.
