Great atmosphere,Great game

This game has a lot of good things going for it,and only a few minor things that are bad about it.Lets do the positive first.This game has one of the greatest atmospheres and setting in a video game.The city itself is beautiful with tons of bright colors going on like colorful cars,people,and buildings(especially at night).Plus the graphics help out a lot too.While there are better looking games out there,the graphics in this game are still great.The character models look great(even though the hands look funky) and the nice scenes of sunrises,sunsets,and everything in between,and the nice weather effects just add to the great look of it all.There is a great soundtrack that really gets you into the 80's theme.The pedestrians all look and talk like they are from the 80's(flashy clothes and funny slangs and sayings).The people also act more life-like and do more things than just walk around.There will be random car accidents,gang shoot-outs,people resting by sitting on benches,people on rollerblades,people getting chased by cops(which you can help the cop out and get rewarded),and other minor things that make the world come to life.There is a bigger selection of vehicles ranging from trucks,sportscars,helicopters,boats,and motorcycles.The targeting system has been improved,funny and memorable story characters,properties to buy,things to collect,and a lot of stuff to do in the world.A few negative things are that the framerate dips and pop-ins occur every once and awhile.Overall the game is a most own for gta fans who don't have it yet or just action-adventure fans.
