In my opinion this game is amazing. The graphics are brilliant, rockstar really nailed the maimi look, with the flamboyent suits and florescent colours its brilliant. The scarface based look is brilliant, its really realistic and you really get to know the characters as if there real people. The soundtrack is probably the best thing about the game, the 80s soudtrack is brilliant, everything sounds great, the songs, the radio DJ's and the funny adverts. The radio stations and eveyrthing on the game just never seem to get old or boring. Tommy really fits the 80s miami look with the baby blue shirt and denim trousers, everything fits in to the game really really well. In my opinion gta vice city is the best in the series, gta 3 was brilliant but theres something about vice city that i really like, gta san andreas was an amazing game but there was a big gap in the middle of the game that i really didnt like, the country bit and san feirro, i could never get round the fact that cj started off as a poor, menace II society type person then ends up robbing casinos, but in vice city there really isnt any of that, you first see Tommy in a cocaine deal that goes wrong and you spend the rest of the game trying to find out who was responsible for the deal going wrong, theres no drastic changes, everything stays realistic. Overall this is a fantastic game, in my opinion the best in the series, if you haven't played vice city before your missing out
