A great game that may not be the best in the series but still very fun, altough the story is fairly disconnected it is still fun. The driving control and feel is spectacular altough fighting and shooting is nothing to get excited about, but still very fun. The many missions this game contains will keep you occupied, otherwise you can wreak havoc throughout Vice City and will make for some fun as you try and raise your rank and media coverage.
Graphics: The graphics are a but blocky and blurry, but it isnt a big deal as the gameplay and characters make up for that.
Sound: Great sound and voiceover work, really well done.
Other: Alot of fun stuff to do that doesnt require going to any specific location. Generally killing people on the streets and cops can be fun for 10-15 minutes but its the missions that you should follow.
