Best PS2 Game of its Time!
Ok, straight to the graphics, well, rockstar has been know for piss poor graphics, and this is no exception. The only reason it gets an 8 is because the City is large, and the cut scenes are well done(even though the graphics aren't that great.) The textures are pretty low quality in some areas, the polygon count is terrible, the lighitng and everything sucks too, but it still passes...Just beraly...
The sound is in this game is excellent. The Music is Amazing, the sound effects are pretty good, and the VO is incredible. Overall, sound is the most perfect part about this game.
Gameplay...Damn, this game is long, addictive, fun, challenging, what more could you ask for? Well, Battlefield 3, Riddick 2, God of War 2.....But anyway, yeah, this game rocks. The free roaming gameplay is just so well done and the atmosphere of the 70's is awesome. The driving, shooting, story, controls(except for aiming) all of it is superbly done.
Overall, this game is well, "Just Plain Fun".
