"Not as great as GTA 3"
The 2 biggest differences between GTA 3 and Vice City were the protagonist character actually speaking along with the addition of motorcycles.
I mean, it's still a fair game and all but GTA 3 and San Andreas both surpass it. GTA 3's storyline is longer and San Andreas' missions are just a lot better.
At the end of the game you kill a betraying friend, Lance Vance and Sonny Forelli, who just wanted his money back after Tommy Vercetti (main character) lost it after a drug deal went sour.
I have to say, GTA 3 is a much better game than Vice City since it doesn't come along with an mostly annoying soundtrack, constant sun gleaming off the camera and just annoying characters.
