A better prequel than you could have hoped for.

This was way better than what I was anticipating. The story is great, I mean sure it pretty much a blatant ripoff of Scarface, but in a way that just makes it cooler. There are now motorcycles that you can ride, and more cars than before. There are now certain buildings that you can go inside. My favorite addition is the ability to buy property, so you really can own and control the city. Some of the property you can go in and some of the property you can't, but all of it gives you income. The characters are great, probably the best acting I have seen in a video game. The 1980's atmosphere is fun and different, not to mention perfectly executed. The main disapointment is the graphics. They are barely improved from GTA III, but still have the bad frame rate from time to time. Overall I loved this game, and most likely you will too.
