this game is about "not" going by the law.

this is one of the best games that i have ever played and if you have played the other grand theft auto and liked them then you should deffinnetly get this game its fun its a great 3rd person shooter and if you like shooting people then this is the game for you. the only bad things about this game is that you cant swim which can be very bad in some problems like if you have no escape when your being chased by the police you cant go in the water so you would end up dying both ways so that is the only bad thing about this game but if you have a ps2 or a pc then you should really get this game. even if you are not a fan of 3ps you can play this and you really will like 3ps. this game is a little bit hard but if your a great video game player then you should be a wiz at this game. so if your wondering if this game is hard it is if not so good a playing games then it will be hard but if your good then this game will easy.
