Great.....yet sucked
Anyway Grandia III starts you off as a young boy named Yuki who longs to cross the sea and fly in the plane that he and his friend have built. One crashed plane lead to another and he eventually sets off on an adventure to help a young Communicator girl Alfina then leading on to try and save the world. At the start of this game its amazing, beautiful graphics, interesting and lovable characters great battle system, the sound was nothing to be complaining about. In short I loved it it truly was amazing.
But after about 25% of the game was over it started to let its self go so what was once a great storyline great characters and music soon turned into crap (for lack of a better word. Yes this game fell down so hard only about a quarter of the way finishing the game. At the falling point of this game you acquire two characters that annoyed me a lot one more than the other.
The sound in one particular part was so horrible I turned down the music ran to the nearest store so that it would change and I could hear the shop music it was so bad. The plot didn’t nearly feel as smooth and interesting is stead it was painful as the game continued on only getting worse.
I believe if the game was as great as it was from beginning to end it would have been one of the greatest games that I had ever played it was interesting fun to play the music graphics were well done characters were great. It could have been up there with games like God of War, Final Fantasy 7. in total it was a total let down at the end though leaving me with a lot of mixed feelings as you can see. Though one thing that players well enjoy all throughout the game is the battle system. It had great special attacks and magic’s to be used. Fast paced and interesting.
