What a classic, simply one of the best RPG's ever
Grandia's graphics are somewhat lcking to the likes of Final fantasy and Chrono Cross but that doesnt mean its not a good game.
Take the characters for instance which are all grat in their own way and have lovely animated attack which brings me onto the superb battling one of the best around. The voice acting too is pretty cool none of the characters have over the top voices which dont suit their personalities.
The story is simple but great all it is, is a boy named justin who wants to become an adventurer and while on his adventures like most RPG's they get involved in a big plot to destroy the world or summit similar and grandia is no different.
This game is huge lasting at least 40hours but could be more if you want to find eerything and get lots of extra levels. This game is simply brilliant i enjoyed it from start to finish it was a shame that i only got half way through the second time i played it and i never went back to, but thinking about it now i wish i had i was so engripped in the game i would immitate all the battle voices ( ohh ra ra ohh or v-slash) wernt they great. To sum his game up all i can say if you have completed chrono cross and the final fantasy's then give grandia a try as i guarentee i won't dissapoint absolute quality.
