Guilty Gear Isuka is a fighting game which set up like a beat-em game. Sounds like a fresh touch to GG series, but, too bad the frustrating controls make this game hard to recommend. The number one problem is that in able to turn your character around you have to hurt the R1 button. This makes the game frustrating at times especially when you're in the GG Boost mode which is basically a beat em up and you beat up random enemies. Like in previous GG games, the graphics and sound is really good. The backgrounds are nicely done and the soundtracks are really good. Another thing wrong with GG Isuka is the lack of modes. There is only basically two modes you can play: Arcade where you just fight against different characters and GG Boost: a beat em up mode. So, there's really no replay value for a game that costs $50. If you want a really good GG game for less than half the price, get Guilty Gear X2 Reload for the Xbox. You'll have more fun and get more out of it for $20 than versus paying $50 for Guilty Gear Isuka which is a complete disappointment.
