Could have been awesome, but not as good as GH2

I really love Guitar Hero. I really do, but when I got Guitar Hero III (PS2 version) for christmas, I got so disappointed.

The soundtrack is pretty good, lots of more known songs and whatever, but that didnt make my disappointment in GH3 go away.

One thing that made me kind of angry, was when I saw that they removed Grim Ripper from the PS2 version, but was featured in any other version of GH3. Since I am a Grim Ripper fan, I was like "WDF?", I know that some maybe would say it wouldnt matter a craphat, but what also made me kind of angry was the fact that the graphics in the PS2 are... lets say, very crappy. I though that the graphics would be much better than the 2nd game, but it looks terrible. Now dont say "well it's because it's for the PS2", seriously, if you play the first and second game, you can actually SEE that the graphics are really good, but when looking upon the third game, it's like they didnt even bother making it look good on the PS2.

But onwards to something positive... As I have already mentioned, then the soundtrack is pretty good. I must say that what makes GH3 fun, would be co-op career. Though it annoys me that you have to get through Co-op to unlock ALL songs in the game, it's still a pretty cool feature and I had lots of fun with friends and such.
I must say that I both dislike and like the fact that GH3 is quite harder than the previous games. It brings more challenge to the game for people who have already nailed the two first games, but it could also make the game a bit TOO hard for n00bs. But hell, practice makes perfect it seems.

Overall, it's quite disappointing compared to the previous Guitar Hero games, but wouldnt hurt to try it out, 'cause it can be fun with a friend or whoever you might want to try play it with (if you happen to have two guitars).
