If a game was going to mimic the GTA model,it seems only fair to compare it's achievements (or lack of) to Rockstar's best selling series of games.So lets be clear about something from the off: Gun may start with a capital "G" but it's no San Andreas.The word isn't as big, or as detailed, or as engrossing.In terms of scale, Liberty City Stories outstrips Gun on almost every level.Yet at the same time, Gun is one of the most unlikely GTA clones.And we're not talking about how it has ditched faux-urban in favour of cowboy chic.No, what we mean is that it's a few miles better than every other GTA knock-off we've played so far.

Taking the "open wold" template and populating it with merderous cowboys.Gun's approach is fairly easy to grasp.You're a cow boy, and you get to ride around the wild west.But in truth there is little difference between the criminal underworlds other crime games have taken us through the Gun's prairies.
