Gun is an action game that takes place in the Wild West during 1880. You play as Colton White who lives in the wild, hunting game with his father, Ned, for a local steamboat who supplies they're pay. Early in the game, several twists are already revealed, false fatherhood, posing priests, abrupt ambushes, and so on. But alliteration aside, this game has fantastic voice acting by such actors as Thomas Jane, Kris Kristofferson, and Brad Dourif (the voice of Chucky from Child's Play). The gameplay of Gun is where this game could use some work. The aiming feels a bit touchy, and it can be hard to get the reticule to stay on your target. Fortunately, you can improve your aiming by completing side missions, such as Pony Express, Hunting, Federal Marshall, Deputy, and Ranch Hand. But these missions feel more like an irritation than an obligation. The game is also painfully short, as it can be completed is just a few hours. The games weapons can sometimes be fun to experiment with, giving it more of the GTA vibe that you'd like to get more of from this game, by randomly killing people walking on the street. However, unlike GTA, many of the pedestrians fight back! Basically, if this game had simply done more polishing textures and working on fun gameplay elements, this could've easily been a classic game, but it's not. I just have one question: what did they do with money when they lived in the wild?
