Great western-themed shooter that ends too soon!

Gun is a first-person shooter that borrows elements of the Grand Theft Auto and Max Payne games. Like GTA you can travel the land and pick up either secondry missions or story missions at your leisure, you can also slowdown time while in gun fights "a la" Max Payne. The world of Gun contains 2 main towns and a couple of locations between them... it's not a big world but at least it looks great.

The biggest attraction of the game is the story which is awesome! The only downside is that its over too quickly. You can finish the game in 6 to 7 hours if you skip secondary missions. The story missions are all varied and fun but the secondary ones can get repetitive.

The graphics and sound are excellent and really puts you into a western setting. The voice-overs are great!

Because the game is short, i recommend this as a rental or bargain bin purchase.. but you'll have a sweet time!
