Very underrated game. Don't take me wring I'm not a fanboi of dot hack series (I Hated the old games) but this one is different. The combat system is great, it feels like you're really playing a MMORPG. The history hooks you and you want more and more and more...From the first combat to the avatar battles, arena matches, sub quests, exploration, random zone genrator... the game is great. Perhaps it lacks customization I really enjoy creating my own character but hey... Haseo it's not bad at all (but at first you hate it :P)
Pros: addictive gameplay, great story, fun gameplay, nice graphics and music.
Cons: almost no character customizations (you cannot choose your class :-/ ), sometimes there's too much dialogue and no action. You ll have to wait to end the story :-)
