I thought after 4 more games what can possibly be new about this one. I myself am a huge fan of the dot hack series but after playing the first 4 i will be the first to say they are a bit repetitive. This game impressed me it brought a new type of play along with a new type of character. Not the typical goodie goodie. Not only bring new things to the table they still managed to connect the games together and managed to pick out the good points out of the old game and repair the bad parts. If you do play it and your into anime i recommend you watch there anime it is called dot hack roots and should keep you quite entertained along with giving you a nice overstory over everything that happened so you have a better understanding. Even if you didnt get into the other dot hack things you should have no problem getting into this game at all. Over all i thought it was a great game very impressive i was very excited for this game and it completly lived up to the anticipation for me and hopefully it will for you to
