Can you survive another round in "The World?"

Dot hack has always been a bit of a cult hit in the RPG universe. It's one of the most confusing concepts for a game in a long time. An offline RPG in an online universe, it's not easy to explain to the uninitiated. The first series was four games long, and a lot of people had trouble playing through all four games. Those of us who finished were treated with an engaging and original story. Those who didn't missed out on one of the staples of RPG games. GU is the perfect sequel to a game of sequels. Rebirth introduced us to a new "World," new and old characters. It continued the story so well that it felt like a new game series taking place in the same universe. Now we reach Reminisce. After months of waiting, wondering what happened to Atoli. Wondering if Tri-Edge was really gone. We finally get to continue the epic storyline. Reminisce picks up right where Rebirth left us. It hits us right off the bat with answers to many of the questions we were left with at the end of Rebirth, but also hits us with new questions. What is Ovan's true motivation? What is Tri-Edge? The anticipation for this game hyped it with the true dot hack fans, to the point that many of us got upset everytime it was delayed. In my opinion, it lives up to the hype. In addition to continuing the story line, Namco-Bandai also managed to fix some of the problems from the first game. And although it does have some problems of its own, such as having to perform the same side quests with new coatings, I can forgive it because it is an engrossing story, and even the uninitiated might enjoy it enough to play.
