The second game in the .hack//GU series. This game brings new things such as Haseo's 3rd form. Great for fans...

Well G.U's first game was indeed a new and interesting game. It had a new way of battling monsters and had an interestign lineup of story, dungeons and characters. But to me; volume 2 of the series was to repetitve. It had you doing many things almost completly the same as volume 1. Such as doing meaningless quests and Haseo being an all around pain to play as... It also still has the same graphics and recycled area models, [the areas in previous game are most fo the games area base] and there is only a few new area landscapes.

Another thing repitive of volume 2 is the tournament. Yet again AIDA has found it's way to the tournament and you being a epitaph user are forced to help stop it.... Very repetive in my opinion.

I like this game, yes. But for some players it can begin to feel like a chore to play. Something you don't really feel like doing. To me, the maker of the game should have just put the beginning of volume 2 in volume 1 because volume 2 is in iteslf to overused...

In conclusion you might want to pick up this game, although if your not a fan of the series then it's not really worth it unless you can get it for cheap...
