.hack//Infection Part 1. My thoughts of the game

User Rating: 7.5 | .hack//Infection Part 1 PS2
I just completed this game not all that long ago, and I thought this game was all right, but there were some things that annoyed me about the game. One thing was the gameplay. The gameplay is a bit repetitive, but it's fun. The sound effects were terrible when you attack enemies or objects. The game uses those sound effects when you attack, even when you miss landing a hit on the enemy. The enemies in this game are hard to hit at first, but when you improve your level and equip a weapon with good accuracy, you can hit the enemy without missing too much. Other that that, let's talk about the good sides of the game. This game is the first of a four part game from the immersive .hack series, which I have got into not all that long ago, by the way. The story in this game is good, there were some good parts to the story and there were some bad. I will not include any spoilers, so play the game to find out what the story is. The graphics in this game are good. I liked the graphics. The soundtrack in this game is good. There are some great tunes to listen to in certain areas of The World. Some of the music wasn't so good. The characters in this game are great. I like all of the characters, and some of these characters you may seem familiar with from .hack//Sign like Balmung, Helba, Gardenia, and Aura. You must not forget about Skeith, because in this game, you get to kick his a**! I will say this, later on in the series, you will also meet and acquire in your party, more characters from .hack//Sign. The controls in this game were very simple, it doesn't take much time to figure them out. So anyway, these are my thoughts on .hack//Infection Part 1. This game is very expensive, so it's going to be difficult to find this game and afford the game, but if you're a JRPG fan or a .hack fan, this game is for you.
