.Hack//Outbreak continues that tedious journey that is .Hack, with nothing new, other than a stronger story.
.Hack//Outbreak picks up where Mutation left off, and re begins this tedious little journey known as .Hack, but while this games originality is running thin, the story still manages to make it a somewhat enjoyable game.
.Hack Outbreak still follows Kite, on his journey to help his friend Orca come out of his coma, but figuring out the mystery behind a popular MMO, called, "The World". Its a case of been there, done that, like in Mutation, the story progresses a little bit, although i found it to be more interesting in Outbreak.
Game play remains the same this time around, and there isn't really any additions to it, or the game in general, you get a new server to check out, and a few new party members, most notably Bulmung(really cool) but other than that, its the same old thing.
Graphics and sound of course remain the same, its still not great, or bad, its just there, again it works for the game, but at this point its wearing thin.
All in all .Hack Outbreak isn't bad, but there's only so much someone can play the same game over and over, let alone buy it, that being said, if you liked the previous games, there's no reason why you shouldn't pick this up, im going to give .Hack//Outbreak a 7/10.
