One of the finest games to ever grace the community.

This has to be one of the greatest games ever created. For the time, the graphics were amazing, the game play is fluid and the story is awesome. There is not much you can say that is bad about this game. This has raised the bar for Valve but also reminds us how they don't settle and create just average games. This will surely go down as one of the best and most influential games of all time and every time I revisit this game, it makes me pray that we can be graced in the future with Half-Life 3. Fingers crossed. The difficulty of the game is just right in my eyes but there is also a lot of content so this isn't a single player game that you will just breeze though. It is long enough but also difficult enough that it will keep you around for a while. Now, there are mods that have been released to re-skin the game and give it a more modern feeling. These are great addons that keep this game timeless and also give you another reason to go back and play it again. One of the all time greats.
