the game is amazing, fomr the beginnign when i got hal life for the computer i was shocked from the beginnig till end, it was a great game, and now it comes to ps2, how great is that? awesome, normally ports arent as good as the counterpart (if anyone thinks half life 2 was a bad port then they are doped up cuz it was awesome) back on topic, half life has you *gordon freeman* on a basic day at the balck mesa research facility, but as guessed, something goes wrong in an expierement and these creatures fomr an uinknown world named "xen" are attacking anyone who moves......and some peopl that dont. so you have to find a way to get out of there, has awesome graphics, alot better than the pc version, the controls are a little wierd at first, just the fact tht most stuff is assigned to the L and R buttons, but they grow on you, the sound is the same as in the pc version, but for new comers, great, and the gameplay is so fun youll be obsessed for weeks, this game is amzing and if you dont own the orignal or this one, then get this one! (the only good thing about computer version is onlinemassacres, but you didnt buy half life for multiplayer, unlike half lfie 2 fans who think the xbox version sux just cuz theres no multiplayer, there just jealous there big game is on xbox) so go buy it, its liek 10 bux at gamestop, lol[][][][][]
Half-Life hit the Playstation 2 in 2001 and gaming was at least for me changed after I played this game. This is a fantastic game one of the first games to be on the PS2 and one that no one will ever forget. Just an awes... Read Full Review
