I'm actually really enjoying this one. At first, I thought with the old school pixel look I was going to be disappointed. Yay! I was wrong! It's actually really fun racing against the clock and has neat side stories for the different modes and I've gotten a chuckle out of it a time or two. I've never played anything like it which is good in itself, but after playing I actually starting liking the old school look. It adds to the game really and it makes me a little nostalgic. I also like that it's very easy to pick up for short periods of time. You're not worried about when the next save point will be. lol Overall, it's pretty good. It pokes fun at rpg stereotypes. I mean, the self-loving beautiful evil lord?! priceless! Aaaand let's not forget the token hero and princess. There's a knight mode, too. Each mode has a different style of objectives and though they can come to be repetitive, it's still fun to try to beat your own time scores.
